This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. It applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1 - 3 working days after payment is received. In some cases (e.g., during high demand, holidays, or when products are made-to-order), processing times may be longer. If this happens, we will inform you by email.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Slovenská Pošta, Packeta, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping option chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. All available shipping options and prices will be displayed before payment.

Please note: These times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for items refused by customs authorities.
5. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided. Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if items are missing or damaged.
6. Restrictions
We do not ship to countries where our products are prohibited or restricted by law. Live insect pupae and other biological products may be subject to import restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s regulations before ordering.
7. Tracking
Most shipments include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
